About us

We started out as a sandwich pop up in Alphabet City. When the weather got a bit chilly, we decided to try out some yummy pies for you lot. And we’ve grown from there. Each month we are blown away by how much you guys are loving the pies. Now we’re trying to keep up and get as many pies to you guys as we can each month. 

We've just recently moved from producing in our apartment into a fancy new commercial kitchen in Long Island City. We are still figuring it all out, and hopefully building a real life business that will continue to grow in NYC. Every pie helps us get there.

• Everything we make has to be yummy.
• Only the best, local sourced, quality whole ingredients. No bad stuff in our pies.
• Generosity. We never want you to feel short changed. Full pies and good portions. 
• Don’t take things too seriously. It’ll be grand.
