Are the pies frozen?
Yes! Your pies will arrive frozen, in insulated boxes with ice packs.
Do I need to be home to receive delivery?
No, you don't need to be at home. The pies will last 3-8 hours out of the freezer, depending on the environment. We suggest getting them into the freezer as soon as possible, especially on a hot day!
When will I get my pies?
You can select a delivery or pick up date on checkout. This will be confirmed in your confirmation email. You will receive a text message a few days before delivery with a time slot.
Where do you ship to?
Local NYC delivery and pickup only for now. Use our zip code checker to see if we deliver to you!
What if I need to cancel or change my order?
Email us at mikey@mikeysnyc.com and we will try figure it out! Depending on delivery schedules, we may not be able to accommodate delivery changes on short notice.
