Are the pies frozen?

Yes! Your pies will arrive frozen, in insulated boxes with ice packs.

Do I need to be home to receive delivery?

No, you don't need to be at home. The pies will last 3-8 hours out of the freezer, depending on the environment. We suggest getting them into the freezer as soon as possible, especially on a hot day!

When will I get my pies?

You can select a delivery or pick up date on checkout. This will be confirmed in your confirmation email. You will receive a text message a few days before delivery with a time slot.

Where do you ship to?

Local NYC delivery and pickup only for now. Use our zip code checker to see if we deliver to you!

How big are the pies?

Each pie is one generous serving. Some customers like to share a pie, but generally most will have one pie per person for a nice lunch or dinner. Even better with a side salad or some spuds!
