At Mikey's Pies, we are committed to providing delicious, high-quality frozen pot pies and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we have a specific return policy to ensure food safety and quality standards are maintained.

1. All Sales Are Final

Because our products are perishable food items, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered or picked up. Please ensure all order details are correct before completing your purchase.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery or pickup. You can reach us at [email/contact form] with:

  • A brief description of the issue

  • A photo of the product and packaging

  • Your order number and contact information

We will review your claim and, if approved, offer a replacement or store credit.

3. Missed Deliveries or Pickups

Customers are responsible for being available at the time of delivery or picking up during the designated window. Missed deliveries or pickups may not be eligible for a refund.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled delivery or pickup time for a full refund. After that point, we begin processing and preparing your order, and cancellations are no longer accepted.
