Thai Green Curry Chicken feat. Uncle's Thai Food

God bless the good people of Uncle's Thai Food. I eat this curry block like 3 times a week. Now it's in one of our pies! Incredible. 

Brendan at Uncle's is building the best Thai food business in the US. We are so lucky to work with these guys. 

The pie has our usual nice big chunks of roast chicken, loads of thick and spicy thai green curry sauce made using the Uncle's Thai Green Curry blocks, a few shallots, spring onions and snap peas for a seasonal flavour and crunch.
