Questions

Drop FAQ

Are the pies frozen?

Yes! Your pies will arrive frozen. We work with local cold-chain delivery partners to ensure your pies will arrive frozen, in an insulated package with frozen gel packs to keep them frozen.

Keep your pies frozen and pop 'em in the oven whenever you are in need! Just like a frozen pizza.

When will I get my pie?

June orders will be delivered on either June 16th or June 17th. You will have selected a date at checkout.

Do I need to be home to receive my pies?

No — you do not need to be home. Your pies will last 3-6 hours left outside of the freezer in their package, depending on the environment. We suggest you get them into a freezer as soon as possible to ensure freshness and quality.

Do not leave them out in the sun for long!

Where do you deliver to?

Local delivery and pickup only for now. Shipping is on the roadmap. USe our handy Zip code checker to see if deliver to your area!

What if I need to cancel or change my order?

It can be tricky to change a delivery date so please try to make sure you the date selected will be okay upon checkout! We will try our best to accommodate where possible but in some cases it is out of our hands so we can't make any promises.
