Roast chicken, creamy béchamel sauce and lots of tarragon. Simple and delicious.
Tarragon is such a good herb this time of year, people should really use it more I think. If you've never had it, you should definitely try this one. But if you really don't like tarragon, you should probably not order this pie I guess.
